The start of the Balloon Race, sponsored by the Royal Bank of Scotland, signalled the official end of Charter Fair Day, but don’t go yet. There’s more to see. Ecological note: the balloons and tags (no strings used) were all biodegradable and designed to dissolve even faster if they should be ingested by animals. |
